HTown Dental (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a text messaging program to communicate with patients of our dental offices — East Houston Dental Care, Magnolia Dental Care, Premier Dental Care, and Mosaic Dental. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages related to your care, including appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and recall notices, billing and insurance updates, and occasional practice announcements. Messages are sent only to patients and contacts who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity. You may receive recurring messages such as appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups. Frequency is not fixed and depends on your interactions with our offices.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your mobile service provider for details about your plan. HTown Dental does not charge a fee for participating in this messaging program.
